Early war armored car

Stalker sent me this a while back and it has slipped my mind what it is. I'm thinking Polish but can't remember, anyways its done.
I was experimenting with the Silly Putty camouflage technique. It seemed to work better than painting it by hand. The putty gives you edges to paint around.
