again, the idea is to expand the borders of this model. I'm using a Masonite material for the base, and to prevent it from warping, I've added a floor tile material to the surface. from there, I can add whatever material/paint etc. to the surface with no issue...other than it having some weight to it. I'll add some 2" country roads, more wheat fields, and another panel of a destroyed area. this almost didn't fit on my counter area, but it lasted long enough to get some better light. The taller smoke stack is scratch built, along with the walls, and ramps. I hope to add some more detail and dirty it up a bit. The rail depot will remain "in-tact", and could be used as a stand along piece. the other pieces will all have some destroyed aspects to it, and could be also be used as a stand alone item. this set will be offered for sale, and the money will be used for more work on the maps by Carrion and stalker6. please offer any suggestions etc. I still have a few weeks to go with this.

thanks for looking!

This is just getting better and better. I might have to rethink my plan and jump into this sooner rather than later.

How many maps would it take to get this?

Yes...this is the top 2 this year. I hope to add one more panel. I.m thinking of an aircraft assembly factory. I can cut up some Russian A20 airplanes and put them in assembly mode...wings, engines, fuselage all coming together on block and tackle. Just a vision
