Humbrol paint Ian't that bad. You need to balance quality, availability and cost

I use Model Masters, that seems to be easy to find down here, although you have to pay attention to see if it says enamel or not, I found that enamels don't show up well on my models.

I haven't tried that brand. I do have some horsemen I would like to use something else with. I also need to use some metallic paint on a few projects.

I'm not sure how it stacks up agianst Humbrol or Vallejo, but it's good enough for me. As it is the only one I have used. Modeling is not my strong point.

:bowty: Testors Model Master Acrylic paint compares very well with the others. I have all different manufactures.

I'm looking for paint recommendations for vehicle windows you can't actually see through as the body is fully molded.

I'm working on a FoW Vietnam era UH-1D slick

I've tried a stain glass window paint. kind of transparent, but not. I also try to stay to terrain making!
