Both these Armies have Achieved/Advanced to All Level 2 & Level 3 Troop types by at least 1 Squad of each type.

I concentrated on getting the Basic Army for both sides. This is time consuming...but solitaire games can be fast & furious.....some were in getting here....advancing through Experience can take time when the dice are bad for a side.....and you play twice once as each side.......then replace through experience first to replace losses, lowest to highest....replace Support Weapons/Vehicles that started in your Basic Army TO&E, then any others.

I have a point system but lost the notes/tally for these armies....there is a point system here too but buying becomes replacements more or less.

Well, I have kind of gotten a format for this system of Campaigning worked out.....if there is anyone interested in more information, let me know & I'll post what I've developed. In solitaire play testing, it has proven to be enjoyable & challenging.... having to earn through experience to have access to other/all units available for the countries makes things a bit different than just building a Power Army & doing battle.

I use a similar set-up when building my armies. generally I think of the Infantry elements as a balanced group, armor in terms of flexability/firepower and artillery/support to fill in the gaps. In the end I end up with platoons and troops that are designed to compliment one another and fight well together. Before we went on summer hiatis our group had gotten back to playing 100 point battles again and they were pretty fun. Have fun designing the campaign.
